ML/Data Scientist (Computer Vision Expert)
Where: LAMBDA Lab, HSE
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and train computer vision models for medical image analysis
- Analyze and process medical data
- Object reconstruction from its projections (X-ray)
- Validation and implementation of algorithms in pilot projects with clinics
- Strong knowledge of Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience in CV tasks: segmentation, classification, regression

- Development, training, and analysis of large language models (LLMs)
- Application of transformers for text analysis, atomic structure generation, multimodal data analysis
- Participation in research projects, publications
- Experience with transformers (PyTorch, Huggingface, etc.)
- Machine learning skills, understanding of LLM architecture
- Knowledge of generative model architectures including diffusion models is a plus
- Basic understanding of atomic-level physics

- Development of new and adaptation of existing algorithms
- Writing scientific articles
- Knowledge of ML and DL methods and motivation for research work
